The famous solstice cruise to Cherbourg, with the town "En Fete" for mid summers day. Street entertainment, numerous bands and music groups playing until the early hours.

Cherbourg attractions include a great market, Sea World, museums, great food and wine and a nuclear sub to visit. This is a great opportunity for a first channel crossing in company with advice close at hand.

Proposed Itinerary

Briefing at the club will be on Friday at 1900

Departure time for those who like to travel together is 0700, this is subject to change and will be discussed and agreed at the briefing

Marina's are booked for this trip, so please let us know when booking (or until the closing date) if you would like to start later or leave earlier so we can make sure the marina has the correct numbers.

We will run a ferry on Friday evening and on the return
