Code of Conduct

We are always happy to advise but skippers are responsible for their own passage planning and decisions on the day.

Skippers are required to inform the organisers of any changes to their crew numbers or if they are unable to take part in a trip they have signed up to. This will allow us to ensure the marina's and meals are booked for the correct numbers and other boats aren't missing out on a trip that might be full.

Some locations now require a deposit for moorings or meals, by agreeing to come on a trip, the skipper agrees to reimburse the trip organiser for their share of the deposit regardless of whether they skipper and his/her crew actually participate in the cruise.

In the event of a trip being cancelled and a deposit having been paid this will be forfeited unless a refund can be obtained, which will then be returned to you.

If the event is cancelled skippers are more than welcome to continue with the proposed cruise, to use their booking should they wish to.

Happy cruising!
