Cancelation or suspension of ferryboat service.
- Wind conditions should give a good indication to sailors of ferry cancellations.
- Unpublicised cancellations are usually last minute, and the ferry boat driver will normally post a message on the chalk board in the entrance to the clubhouse.
- The ferry will not be cancelled if boats are out and still expected back on their moorings.
- If the ferry is cancelled mid-shift all boats on their moorings are given at least 30 minutes notice by radio on Channel 37 and then be followed by a visit by the ferry.

Please be considerate towards our ferry drivers who once service is complete or suspended still need to moor up the ferry boat and row ashore.
