Galley Chef - our once every 2 yrs unique cooking event is back!

An opportunity for our chefs to demonstrate their amazing cooking abilities from a 2 burner stove, by preparing a favourite recipe from scratch.

For the rest of us "mere mortals", the opportunity to taste the lovely food and vote on our favourite recipes.

The chefs and recipes will have to contend with our "bilge tin" random wild card addition to their food list, and incorporate it into their recipes, or swap it with another cook.

The star team is back, with Monica kindly organising & running the evening, and Grace providing live commentary from the chefs and cooking areas....
