Celebrating Rosemary Spicer Mayor's Community Award Recipient

We're proud to share that long-standing CCSC member Rosemary Spicer has been honoured with a Mayor's Community Award in recognition of her exceptional service to our club and local community.

For the past 23 years, Rosemary has led the CCSC exercise class with unwavering dedication and energy. Her sessions not only help members maintain their physical health but also foster a strong sense of community and connection. Her thoughtful planning and commitment have made the class a cornerstone of club life.

The weekly sessions are always well attended, with participants staying on afterward to enjoy a sociable cup of tea or coffeeoften accompanied by biscuits and the occasional celebratory cake.

Rosemary was supported at the award presentation by her son Robin and members of her exercise group. Photographs from the event were kindly taken by Ralph Painter.
