Galley Chef 2024 Amanda De Saulles

The Clubhouse was buzzing with culinary competitive spirit at the 2024 Galley Chef Competition.
The competition had a bit of a different twist this year as each competitor had the opportunity to use a secret tinned ingredient in a bid to gain extra points!
Our talented chefs cooked on a single burner camping stove for 30 minutes, in a small allocated area that resembled a galley space on a yacht, before the discerning members judged each dish by tasting them all.
Congratulations to Amanda De Saulles for retaining the tittle as the overall winner with her Chicken Satay dish.
Well done to all to took part and to all of the members who came along to judge the dishes and a big thank you to Monica Wolff for making this happen again!
